After the Court Purple release, the Air Jordan 1 brand is moving on quick to the next 2.0 colorway, the Royal Blue. Dubbed the "Game Royal" or the "Royal Toe", this year's royal Air Jordan 1 is set to release on the 9th of May 2020.
The current version's color blocking does exude some similarity with 2018's Fragment. The shoe's mixture of white, royal blue and black does provide some opportunity to do some interesting laceswaps though it remains to be seen what replacement laces they will provide. Slickies do have the Royal Blue laces if they do not have them.
