Every Chinese New Year, Adidas will unleash a series of sneakers specially tailored to celebrate the occasion and this has created quite a following with previous years' releases having high resell values.
In this edition, we see the SOLAR HU, a Pharrell sponsored silhouette, in full red and gold, both highly auspicious colors in the proud Chinese culture. The front upper, cage and rear-facing portions are covered in bright red while the logo has a gold metallic glint. A black panel also separate the BOOST from the upper.
Expect them to be released on ADIDAS.com in January with a price of $150USD.
